  I was physically and verbally attacked by the owners as I approach the male owner calmly to ask him a question. The workers had to hold him back as it seemed he was about to attack me. The female owner dug her long nails into my chest and pushed me multiple times. He seemed to have anger problems and took it out on whoever was around. I was completely insulted, humiliated, and i am still in shock at this mistreatment. Nobody should be treated this way especially if they did not do anything harmful. Please don't waste your money at this hotel. They do not deserve one cent and should be shut down.

  Filthy room, dirty sheets, dirty everything, broken lights hanging from the ceilings, carpets are gross, smells rancid, IGNORANT owner, watered down waffle mix and syrup,not senior friendly. There are much, much, cleaner and better places to stay in Montebello.

  Very hospitable, nice people, small town, great place to stay. Not much around in the winter.

  The pool, although cold, is present. The view is spectacular. The TV has close to no channels other than news related content. The extend mattress from the couch is rather cheap, but that's okay.
